UMMC launched its state-of-the-art facility today. The launched was officiated by the Minister of Higher Education, The Honorable Dato'''' Seri Idris Jusoh. The launched marked UMMC as the one and only organization in Malaysia that offers a two room solution for patients. This hi-tech facility enables the operation room to be used by other patients for MRI and CT Scans while a concurrent operation is in process. This technology also enables the patient on going the operation procedure to be scanned on site without transferring the patient. UMMC-CIGMIT is also one of the Public-Private Partnership Project under the Government of Malaysia.
